Changed Your Mind About a Purchase?

Should you wish to return an artwork after receiving it, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. You have two options:

• Store credit equivalent to the full purchase price. OR
• A refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% processing fee.

If you require assistance in selecting a replacement artwork, we would be pleased to connect you with a complimentary art advisor.

Damaged or Misrepresented Artwork

If the artwork arrives damaged or its condition was misrepresented, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the artwork.

General Return Information

All returns must be arranged through Elisium Art and shipped in their original packaging, including any certificates.

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and will be remitted in USD.

Please note: Special commissions, limited and open editions prints, Gift cards, and frames are all final sale. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 7-day period.
