TEl Castillo de Nottingham es una mansión ducal. Tras su reapertura, el museo alberga la mayor parte de las colecciones de arte decorativo y de bellas artes de Nottingham. En la Galería Larga del Castillo se exhiben obras de arte de Gran Bretaña y Europa. La Galería también alberga obras de George Wallis, acuarelas de Richard Parkes Bonnington y Paul Sandby.
