El Museo Ludwig es uno de los museos de arte más importantes de Europa, reconocido por su extensa colección de arte moderno y contemporáneo, que incluye importantes obras del arte pop, el arte abstracto, el surrealismo y el expresionismo. El museo exhibe obras de Dix, Chagall, Warhol e incluso Pollock y Dalí. También alberga la Colección Haubrich, una colección de arte del abogado Josef Haubrich de 1914 a 1939.
