El Museo de Pintura de los Palacios Nacionales tiene una colección de arte del siglo XIX que consta de obras de artistas otomanos/turcos como Şeker Ahmed Pasha, Osman Hamdi Bey, Hüseyin Zekai Pasha y Hodja Ali Rıza, quienes conforman la segunda, tercera y cuarta generación de la pintura turca en el sentido occidental.
