El Museo de Arte Turco e Islámico es el primero en incluir obras de arte turco-islámicas. Alberga más de 40.000 obras, desde alfombras hasta obras de madera y colecciones de arte en piedra. Entre las obras más destacadas se encuentran el "Manuscrito de Zubdat al-Tawarikh" (Estambul, 1583), el "Manuscrito de Siyer-i Nebi" (Estambul, siglo XVII), y muchas más.
