I sometimes draw short lines repeatedly in my notebooks, whenever I’m stressed, upset, or bored. I’ve found it to be quite calming, and deeply introspective. It unburdens hidden and suppressed thoughts and feelings. When I’m drawing these lines, I feel as though I’m watching the creation in the universe unfolding itself and come to understand why anything exists. Just as an artist has an urge to create, the Universe too has an urge to create and experience everything.

This is a minimalist abstract painting. The movement of the lines can perhaps take you on a journey, unravel your thoughts, and give you something to think about while you look at it. It’s one of those artworks.
